Ukraine Turbocharges Defence with Drone Service Center

In an effort to strengthen its defense capabilities, Ukraine has made a significant move by joining hands with Turkish company Baykar Makina. They signed an agreement to establish a service center dedicated to drone repair and maintenance, announced the Ukraine Defense Ministry on Monday.
This initiative is part of Ukraine’s mission to establish an “Army of Drones” to resist Russian forces that invaded the country in February 2022. The State Secretary of the ministry, Kostiantyn Vashchenko, emphasized the importance of this new partnership.
He said to the Turkish associates, “The creation of a service center will be a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities and will help bring our victory closer.”
