
In the last two weeks, rumors by rumors revealed all the key features and technical specs of the upcoming DJI Air 3 Drone. Some of the lacked photos show the number “27” watermarked, which is a clue about the official release day in experts’ opinion. The images also show that the Air3 will have a stabilized dual-camera system.
While we expected a 1″ or even larger image sensor, DJI puts in the upcoming Air 3 two 1/1.3-inch sensors with different focal lengths (field of view). The lower one is a wide-angle camera (2.4um pixel size, 24mm format equivalent, f/1.7 aperture), and the upper one is a 3x medium telephoto (2.4um pixel size, 70mm FE, f/2.8 aperture). Rumors suggest that both cameras support 10-bit D-Log M and 10-bit HLG color modes for post-processing.
