Students at a Wrexham secondary school have showcased their flying and engineering skills at a national competition.

Following months of pitching, preparation and flying, the Raytheon Technologies Quadcopter Challenge took place this month at Royal Air Force College Cranwell, where Ysgol Bryn Alyn competed for the winning title.

The competition, designed to encourage students to take up STEM, saw 92 teams compete nationwide for the coveted title, with St Louis Grammar School from Kilkeel crowned winners.
