Amidst the ongoing elections in Uttar Pradesh, Times Now talked to the DM and SP of the Firozabad district regarding the functioning of elections. The District Magistrate said that all the arrangements have been made for the free and fair conduct of elections in all constituencies and the election has been going on smoothly so far. “All polling booths have started the polling process and about 10% polling has been achieved till now.” Meanwhile, the Superintendent of Police said that apart from a significant number of policemen, elaborate intelligence network and drones has been also employed to control the law and order situations.
