Wing Drone Delivery Service Expands To Frisco And Little Elm, TX

Today, we learn that the Wing drone delivery service expands to Frisco and Little Elm in Texas.

The residents of Frisco and Little Elm will be among the first people in the US, after Christiansburg, VA, to experience the Wing drone delivery service.

Wing has developed a dedicated app that allows customers to select items, choose a delivery zone – this could be a yard or a driveway – and place their order.

The drone delivery company partners with Walgreens to fulfill the orders and will set up so-called ‘nestlets’ in the parking lot to run its drone operations from.

In another Wing first, the retailer, not Wing, will fulfill the order.
