German drone company, Wingcopter signed a $16M contract withmedical flight service provider Spright, which is currently building a health care drone delivery network across the US with more than 300 locations.

Spright signed a purchase agreement with Wingcopter worth $16 million with the aim to meet the demand of drone services in the US.

The Wingcopter fixed-wing drones will be used to delivermedical supplies, vaccines, blood, and lab samples to medical health care institutions across the country in rural areas.
