Autel's mini droneAutel has announced a new suite of products, available this fall.  Autel’s mini drone offering appears in the EVO Nano Series, which includes the EVO Nano and EVO Nano +.

The Nano Series is an obvious competitor to the DJI Mini, and with current rumors of a DJI Mini 3 announcement rampant around the internet, the timing may be perfect to give drone operators more choices.

Here’s are the basics on Autel’s mini drone, the EVO Nano, weighing in at 249 grams:

  • 48 MP camera
  • 4K capability
  • 1/2″ CMOS
  • 3-axis gimbal
  • Advanced Obstacle Avoidance, with 3-way binocular vision sensors
  • 28-minute flight time

(Note, the threshold for drone registration in the U.S. is 250 grams if you fly strictly recreationally: however, any drone must be registered if you fly under a Part 107 certification.)
